Not enough staff at checkout. Took 15 minutes to wait to checkout. Pool times-kids until 12 noon but randomly the hotel will have classes on even in that window so can’t use the pool and will also take private bookings meaning you can’t use the area. This is massively annoying. I would suggest families until 5pm, more sun loungers, make the deck area beside the pool like a crows nest and have beds there and stop trying to cheat guests out of facilities that are advertised really poorly. Breakfast-a buffet would be better. Pancakes are more like sponge cakes. Not sure why and service was quite slow and inconsistent.

Vi spurte på forhånd om når bassenget ville være tilgjengelig for barna, og fikk et standardsvar om at bassenget kunne brukes av barn frem til kl 12 på formiddagen. Da vi kom opp for å bruke det var bassenget opptatt, det var en treningstime der, og barna fikk ikke brukt det. Dette var veldig kjedelig, særlig siden vi hadde spurt på forhånd

Location is fab, I love Battersea power station, and everything about it.

Check-in took ages for no clear reason, well over an hour. I had paid to upgrade our room to one with a floor to ceiling window for the view, but the one we were given looked directly over the railway tracks - I downgraded back to our original room level. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. One big negative for me was the fire alarm had a very bright light which affected my sleep. Breakfast was quiet, they got my daughter's order wrong and staff were hard to get the attention of, but overall the food was good.
