“I loved my stay at art'otel!”
The friendly and helpful staff, especially Jamal and Maria. I was able to check in early. The art downstairs gave the hotel a unique charm. There were events and parties in the restaurant and bar area that made the whole place come alive. The AC worked exceptionally well. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for someone coming into and out of the hotel from the Centraal Station. I received a bottle of wine for turning down room service. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Amsterdam.
The only problem was that the refrigerator door was locked behind a malfunctioning motion sensor. This was not a problem as the helpful staff at the front desk were able to provide a bucket of ice.
