“Want a refund for a smoking room that we weren’t informed”
The room was very nice
It was a smoking room which front desk didn’t mention and the whole room smells like cigarette smoke. The lights weren’t going off. There was lighting problems all around the room. Each time we turned off it would automatically turn back on. At one point, we thought there was a ghost in there… everything we did to turn off the lights. It was automatically turned back on and off. I just wish we were informed that this was a smoky room and we got upgraded to that bigger room, but it smelled like six people chainsmokers in there. There was not pleasant to sleep in to smell all that smoke. My boyfriend and I are not smokers at all, and it was extremely uncomfortable every time we were breathing and we just smelled cigarettes.
