The room felt nice and clean and had a good amount of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful if you had any questions. They offered a daily room tidy service which made it very nice to come back to fresh towels and a made bed. The aircon was nice; however, you didn't have a remote so you couldn't control it.
The location of the hotel was a bit far away from the city centre, making it hard to go out at night as their public transport closes early and taxis cost a ridiculous amount. There is also no lift and their stairs and very steep and narrow, which made it a bit hard to get to our room (Lucky we were only on the first floor).
