“Good stay!”
The apartment is very nice, cozy, and well-kept, and it has air conditioning, which is definitely a plus, especially on hot days. The location is excellent, with the city centre easily reachable on foot, so you can get around comfortably without needing public transport. There are a few restaurants downstairs, so the area is pleasantly lively until a certain hour, but it is not a party or nightlife area. You may hear people chatting outside in the evening, but nothing too disruptive. Another great feature is the thick, blackout shutters, which keep the room very dark in the morning and make it easy to sleep well. The owner was very kind and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information and clear instructions for our stay.
One thing to keep in mind is that the main bed is on an elevated upper level, but it is quite enclosed. If you are tall, or if you are even slightly claustrophobic, you may find it uncomfortable to sleep there, so this is definitely something to consider when booking. On the other hand, the sofa bed is very comfortable and can easily accommodate two people. The upholstered kitchen chairs were also quite dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. There was no washing machine.
