Everything about this property was amazing! If you’re the type of traveler who wants a busy resort with crowds and a lively lobby bar, this probably isn’t the place for you. It’s more peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. Yes, there are bugs, but that’s to be expected because you’re literally staying in the jungle. It wasn’t a big deal to us at all. I also read reviews saying the water wasn’t hot, but that was not our experience. We had hot water with no issues. Since it’s in the jungle, you may occasionally find leaves in your private pool. If that happens, the staff will come clean it for you, so it wasn’t an issue. There isn’t a TV in the room, but we honestly didn’t miss it. We were informed about the Tomato app, which worked perfectly for ordering since room service was temporarily unavailable. Overall, this was a 20/20 experience for us. We had an incredible stay and would absolutely come back!
