“Gret hotel very bad service”
Location is amazing, free parking. Very nice rooftop pool.
Would have given 10 but due to maintenance and service non stop issues the score is 5. The room looks good but we had continuance issues with the toilet and no warm water. We were 4 people and for 7 days received only 2 every day, every day need to make a call and wait. The staff and the manager Javier R didn’t care
