“New & clean but charge for pets”
Location to USTA for tournament- new and clean
The ice option was disgusting. Scooping ice out of a cooler with everyone’s hands in it was gross. Invest in ice machines or at the very least put ice in individual gallon bags for guests so it’s more sanitary. Charge for pet stay was not disclosed online. Never paid a pet fee at other Aloft hotels My TV didn’t work.
