“It was a nice lodging facility but staff presentation and room extension request needs work”
The hotel was in a convenient location we were surrounded by everything we needed. The events that were happening during out stay in Harlem made us feel at home.
The first day we checked in we were treated so pleasant but on the second day total difference. The front desk support was not too enthusiastic. Very nonchalant. We booked through booking.com the first night but when trying to extend an additional day the hotel would not respond to request to modify forcing us with no choice to pay double the initial cost for an additional night. It would have been nice to have the same cost honored since we were already staying. All of this changed my rating for the hotel.
