Using the room lights and shades required some time to get used to, but after which it worked very well.

I stayed in a suite and it was absolutely wonderful, more than wonderful. The cleanliness, the pampering, and the decor were indescribable. Honestly, I renovated my accommodation twice; it was truly exceptional.

I loved this hotel. Extremely elegant, and beautiful design. And service was on point!

My only complaint about the hotel was the restaurant. I felt that the pastries that are offered in the morning could be of better quality. They weren’t from the best bakery - and there are AMAZING bakeries in Mexico. Everything else on the menu was very good, but it wasn’t stellar.
