I loved the location and the nostalgia of the jungle within the hotel , hotel staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast included was a very nice touch with the three options. Although we didn’t do the classes, we’re glad we were given a list of activities and the schedule to RSVP. Free access to Tulum jungle gym and to the Art with me was also very generous.

It’s quaint and quirky quiet. They have found some innovative solutions for lack of basics. Ex there is no phone in the room but there is what’s app There is no coffee machine or hot water kettle in the room but they will give coffee in the room. But only after 7:30. But no one responded to my request for coffee in the room

They don’t have basics in the room like hot water kettle and tea and coffee facilities. There is no way to get coffee before 7:30 if u want to. They are super stingy on coffee at breakfast as well. Americano is included and cappuccino is not indicated. That’s the weirdest thing I have heard. They have a very basic looking pool and the restaurant cannot be called a beach bar. I visited 4 beach bars in other hotels in the same line and all were fun and happening.
