We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and it was truly a memorable experience. The atmosphere is absolutely captivating—every corner has its own charm, and it feels like each room and hallway tells a story. Every portrait has a history behind it, adding to the unique character of the hotel. The attention to detail throughout the rooms is incredible. It genuinely feels as though you’ve stepped back into the 1800s, living in the palace with the family who once owned it. It’s a beautiful blend of history, elegance, and comfort. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We booked breakfast with our room, and having it on the rooftop each morning made the experience even more special. The restaurant staff were attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to Ali at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and always happy to assist with our requests. His kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay.

We visited Istanbul from Toronto, Canada. Staying at this hotel was such a pleasant experience. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The sweet cleaning lady was thorough, and the breakfast team under Mr. Aram were absolutely amazing, so welcoming with warm smiles first thing in the morning! Rooms were kept clean and very comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Istanbul!
