“Not worth the money”

Bed was comfortable, room was cold

Staff took an hour to get us into our room and we were waiting in the lobby with our baby after 20 hours of traveling while they figured out their system. There was no email or information on organizing a shuttle and airport was 30 minutes from the hotel.

The location

Their services start at 7am. You can’t get a shuttle to the airport before that. There is no breakfast included. I booked for my family 3 adult s and 2 children. Indicated it’s free for children but was shocked to realize it was 2 queens and no sofa bed. We had to sleep with my 6yrs daughter and 13yrs old son in one bed. The seat available is a bench. Not worth the price
