I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff is very well trained and genuinely prioritizes your satisfaction and happiness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the gym is huge and well maintained. I also loved the pools. I would definitely stay here again!

The only hotel of its class near Kalamış Marina, but unfortunately the management makes the overall experience extremely disappointing. I stay here regularly because there are very few alternatives in the area and the location is convenient for my office. However, I am honestly waiting for a decent alternative to open nearby. The hotel has several recurring issues: some rooms smell strongly of cigarette smoke, members of the management team can be rude, communication in English is often difficult, and there is a tendency to shift responsibility for hotel-related problems onto the guest. During my stays, I have experienced everything from the valet service damaging my car to management initially trying to avoid responsibility and refusing to cover the damage. The reception and guest service teams genuinely try to compensate for these problems, and they deserve credit for their efforts. Unfortunately, the senior management — including the financial director, general manager, and head of guest relations — consistently damages the overall impression of the hotel. With a complete change in the management team, this could actually be a very good hotel.

Smoking smell in the rooms, unprofessional and confrontational management that failed to honor its commitments. Unfortunately, while the hotel itself has potential, the management consistently undermines the overall guest experience. Instead of taking responsibility when problems arise, they tend to shift the blame to the guest and avoid fulfilling commitments. This made what should have been a comfortable stay unnecessarily stressful.
