I booked the villa and checked in after an hour, I thought it must be 100% ready so the host can let us do self check in. When we arrived the AC was crying and the sheet and sofa was not clean enough which made my friend got rash, the shower gel and shampoo was totally empty but the villa contact said they just do the house keeping earlier . Power dropped all the time if we use the hairdryer which provided by the villa. The so call high speed WiFi just stop one day from 11am to 4pm.I am so grateful about the staff or the coordinator tried his best to solved these issues but what I can say is the villa does not had a good maintained and the housekeeper forgot change towels and put toilet paper in the toilet.

Good location

The villa was dirty and poorly maintained from the moment I arrived. I raised my concerns and they sent another cleaning crew, but it made no difference. The place is worn down, far from what is shown in the photos, and customer service was unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue properly, I was threatened to be kicked out if I did not pay for the night even though the villa was in terrible condition. The management company’s behavior was intimidating and shameless. I would strongly advise avoiding this property.

“Oké maar niet schoon”

Fijne plek, redelijk centraal en overal dichtbij. Supermarkt in de buurt en makkelijk bereikbaar.

Accommodatie was niet schoon bij aankomst. Geen glazen, geen schone handdoeken, weinig zitplek, vieze toiletten en douches.

Schön groß und geräumig, Lage war gut. Villa war schön hell und ruhige Lage.

Unterkunft war zur Check in Zeit noch nicht bezugsfertig und es wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Außerdem war das Badezimmer leider nicht wirklich hygienisch und der Müll in unserer Zeit wurde nicht einmal geleert.
