Generally clean and well maintained according to multiple guests, but a notable pest issue (lézards entering rooms through door gaps) lowered the score and caused significant discomfort for at least one party.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, warm and helpful; excellent personal service and attentive hospitality. A single serious management policy issue (refusal to refund for an early departure) was reported but overall service impressions are very strong.

Beautiful, tranquil setting but repeatedly noted as being a fair distance from the town/center (requires car or taxi). Some rooms near the road experience occasional truck noise; signage on arrival can be confusing.
