This host is running a scam and hides major issues just to make more money. As soon as we walked in, the balcony was completely closed off for construction (not disclosed), and work started at 7 AM with workers literally on the balcony zero sleep. On the second night at 3 AM, we came back and found the apartment door wide open. We had to call security to check if anyone was inside. Extremely unsafe and unacceptable. The host was completely unresponsive. The lock didn’t work, and the pool is closed Monday–Friday also not mentioned anywhere. One of my sisters wasn’t properly added, or they only allow two people to use the amenities, so she couldn’t access the pool or spa. The front desk staff said this happens all the time with this host—they leave it out to charge higher prices. Parking is $58/day. Very dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs
