El hotel está en una buena zona, la decoración es agradable.

En las instalaciones había un mapache que fue un poco molesto, pero se tolera, y para que lo tomes en cuenta las camas son matrimoniales

“Spacious room and a lovely private pool, but the property didn’t match the listing and wasn’t good value for money.”

The Deluxe room was huge and the private plunge pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. Daily housekeeping was excellent and kept the room clean. The location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven, pharmacy, bars and small shops all within walking distance. Self check-in was easy, and the room had plenty of space.

The room looked much more dated than the photos. There were a large number of tiny bugs inside the room, we left a pizza out for around 15 minutes and it was completely covered in bugs. I understand insects are common in Mexico, but this was excessive. The back door to our room didn’t lock, which was a security concern. The listing also states parking is available, but there is no on-site parking you have to pay around £10 per day to park across the road. The property is technically beachfront, but the shoreline is rocky so you can’t actually access the ocean from the hotel. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the shower head sprayed in different directions and was fixed too high, and the shower uses salt water, which wasn’t to our preference. The air conditioning worked well but was turned off by housekeeping each day, meaning we returned to a very hot room. Overall, we felt the property was overpriced for what was offered.
