“Amazing luxurious stay!”

What a wonderful stay! We were upgraded to a beautiful suite room 1001. We also used their airport transportation and Roberto was excellent but so was the other driver. When we arrived the bellmen promptly assisted us with our luggage and we were checkin. We were excited to have seen the nice upgrade (am Ambassador) and they acknowledged my status. The whole stay was magical. The King Cole Bar is a wonderful space with creative cocktails. We had breakfast at Diana and our server Arturo was outstanding. Sonia the Diana Manager also came by to say hello and see how our breakfast was and she was pleasant and wonderful. We came by before we left for our check out (quick one night stay) and had nice champagne glasses to quick start our vacation (what better way than Krug!) Wonderful stay and cant wait to come back!

The St. Regis Mexico City is an outstanding hotel, and we can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like genuinely welcomed guests. That began at check-in, where the team took real care with our room selection, and it continued throughout our stay — there was always someone asking whether there was anything they could do to make our visit more enjoyable. That kind of consistent, attentive service is rare. The location is terrific for exploring Mexico City, sitting right on Paseo de la Reforma with easy access to Polanco, the Historic Center, and beyond. A special mention goes to the King Cole Bar, where the bartenders were simply great and made for some memorable evenings. It's a top-notch operation from start to finish. We left already hoping to return.

The St Regis has the best service of any hotel in Mexico City. The rooms are impeccable, and the security is top notch. The terrace of the restaurant is lovely for a relaxed brunch any day (or every day) of the week. Special thanks to Iliana at the front desk for her outstanding hospitality and kindness.

Perfection of a resort here in Mexico City. We were greeted by Rosa and walked to our beautiful room by Orlando. Let me tell you the room is beautiful amenities inside show is gorgeous and very spacious. The beauty only continues as you get to the fifteenth floor with their pool over looking the fountain and the city. Can’t not talk about our butler team and genesis for the phenomenal service and recommendations.
