El Fifty Sonesta Hotel Nueva York

“Large rooms, Great employees, hotel tired”

Hotel is tired and worn… it’s extremely busy and a lot of large groups and conventions stay here. This is due to relatively low cost, large rooms and good location (midtown but more east). That said I rated it a 4/5 because of the front desk and other employees that work here. Really exceptional and went above and beyond with any requests. Great for families with kids because the rooms are huge and you can get 2 queens/suites which is unheard of in midtown

“Exceptional and would never change the hotel where we have our meetings”

I have to say Randolph was amazing !! He gave me the best service ever 5 stars and took care of me from the beginning to the end, I was treated with white gloves. I was there on business with the clc and I come every year this year was exceptional and I would like to thank him for such a great service and can’t wait to come back again next year !! Thanks again for making my stay an exceptional one Nadia !! We need more people with experience like Randy in the business !!

“Fantastic and friendly”

As soon as you get to the front entrance you are greeted with a smile and a hello from doorman dressed very business like. The rooms are nice and clean! The staff are all amazing! Help whenever you need anything! It’s in a great location but the sirens from police and fire departments are loud ( which can’t be helped stations are around the corner) Romeo and Manny are excellent help for suggestions of what to see, eat and visit!

“Another Great Stay!”

The Sonesta Fifty is a wonderful hotel that accommodates our family annually. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of guests. Being in midtown you are close to all attractions. We look forward to staying at the Sonesta Fifty next year. Many thanks to GM, Ryan McGhee and the entire team!
