“Overall nice stay”

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed smash burgers on the top floor Resturant! Room was nice for 3 adults.

Trundle bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, thankfully I was able to move to the sofa. There were 3 adults in the room, when we asked for the 3rd set of towels, coffee, etc we were given everything but said they only supply 2 water bottles. Come on, you say the room accommodates 6 people, would it hurt you to give a water bottle per person? It’s been over 2 weeks now, and I’m still waiting to receive my $50 security deposit. Guess I’ll have to call. They said it would take a few days.

The location was not safe. People hanging outside the hotel, asking for money. The service was OK, the gratuity was high, paid almost $300 for one night, breakfast was cold, could be better.

A hot breakfast, less gratuity charges, room was fine went left, we are not a messy family.
