We had a very bad experience with our stay at this property. It seems we are the very first tenants for this property. It is advertised for up to 10 people & the house rules in the booklet in the house say up to 14 people. We were only 7 of us. There were only 4 chairs on the kitchen island where you can eat sitting down. No dining table – no central table so the house is meant for only 4 persons no more if one wants to sit down & eat. Moreover, too many other issues such as: The sofa was in very bad shape where you can feel the springs on your butts – hence not comfortable to sit. The microwave has the numbers faded away so we did not know how to run the microwave. No hot water in the guest room bathroom – which took the owner 4 days to fix. Dish washer did not work properly. No toilet paper holders in two bathrooms & broken holders in the master bathroom. The door on the main floor bathroom did not lock. Closet in the guest room is locked so there is no place to keep your clothes/stuff. Only one room has few hangers – no hangers in other closets. The beds in the bedroom were OK. No bulb in the table lamp in the living room. No conditioner in the guest bathroom. No cushions for patio furniture. Front right stovetop does not work. No mirrors in the bed rooms. Recommend sweeping the patio before guest stays. Refrigerator water/ice dispenser does not work. Suggest adding some décor in the living space. Recommend providing dish drying rack – because dishwater did not clean the dishes so we did the dishes by hand – hence needed the drying rack. The blinds in living room don’t work- need fixing.
