“The actual rooms don’t reflect what’s advertised online, unfortunately”

Good location, quiet rooms.

I was given an old, dated room with a tiny window - nowhere near what’s advertised online. I think the staff knew it was a bad room because they immediately called me to check if the room was okay, and subsequently they immediately recalled which room I was staying in - as if that room was infamous. I asked if I could get an updated room and was told it was not available for my fare price.

I’ve stayed here a number of times over the years- Location is fabulous! Staff is excellent.

We stayed on the 5th floor and our room although spacious for a NYC hotel was showing signs of wear and tear. My family stayed on the 3rd floor & had a more updated room.
