Sant Jaume Design Hotel

“absolutely lovely”

as soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff members ( Alex,Mark and Althea - I hope I am not misspelling their names). Mark was wonderful and explained in details and provided all tips and advice about the city and gave a list of recommended restaurants in the area ( he also provided a map and showed us main city attractions). The hotel staff made sure to put the right suitcases in the right room. The rooms were very spacious ,clean and comfortable. The hotel location was amazing in the middle of old palma downtown. everything was within walking distance.

I Do not have anything to complain about but if i had any comment it would be that the gym is very small and basic. But we spent all day out and about in palma so it was not a problem for me as did not have much free time to go.

We really enjoyed our staff at this beautiful hotel, well located in central Palma. The hotel was tastefully decorated and had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly. The rooftop sun bathing and plunge pool was great and there was a good bar and service We have recommended to friends

What was not to like

“Perfect, great location in the beautiful old town, easy walking wherever you wanted to go in Palma”

It was beautiful and cool…! Was very hot when we visited, but our room and the hotel was perfectly air conditioned. The staff were all super friendly, and they kept our room immaculate. The room was so comfortable, and they had lovely touches. They even left us glasses to watch the eclipse. Would definitely return to Sant Jaume. Oh and breakfast was first class too.
