Location! Easy access for wheelchair (my husband is disabled) with plenty of sidewalk. The ease of parking, checking in, and checking out. Staff are polite and helpful. The apartment is (surprisingly) very quite and sound proof with plenty of room to move around. Lots of great restaurants close by, walking distance and Uber eats approved.
My husband has a Medical Marijuana Card, but it's not allowed to smoke in the apartment - even on the balcony. If that was allowed, this place would be perfect.
