B Resort and Spa ubicado en el área de Disney Springs Resort

The staff were great and we were pleased with the shuttles to various locations. Breakfast also great!

The booking needs to be clearer about additional costs. We paid for our room with breakfast but the additional daily resort costs added up to be almost as much as our stay for the 8 days. I do not think our final bill was correct as we had breakfast included with our stay but kept occasionally bring charged for it. I am still not convinced our bill was accurate or amended after pointing this out to staff.

Everything. The staff are amazing, the room was perfect, great location with free shuttles to the Disney parks. Restaurant and supermarket in the lobby was a nice added touch. Best hotel in the theme park area.

“Very Good Hotel in Disney Springs”

The Renaissance Orlando Resort - Disney Springs is a very nice hotel with a nice pool area near Disney Springs and other amusements. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was good and drinks were good. We didn’t have any issues while staying there except the parking situation. If you have a car, they charge $30 a night. However there is no one or nothing to enforce this. Anyone can park there and not get charged. I was charged because I was honest to say I had a car with me. People, including family who came by to visit me, just went in the parking lots and didn’t get charged. The young lady at the front desk told me if I hadn’t mentioned it to her, they would have never charged me. She said they were working on that but it still didn’t feel right to get charged for parking only for being upfront and honest. Also be aware that they charge a resort fee at the end of your stay. Otherwise the hotel was good. I saw many very nice hotels in the area so you can do your own research. I still recommend this hotel based on cleanliness and staff.

Near Disney Springs. Comfortable beds. Good food. Pool games & give a ways.

No vending machines. No 24 hr. Store for snacks. Our bathroom sink kept leaking on floor & running into hallway.
