The restaurants nearby were nice

The hotel stole from us by charging us minibar fees we didn't use, they refused to even acknowledge our messages

“I would never book this place again.”

I was really disappointed with the staff over the phone they were really rude and lied about information that was needed to look up our check in time. Then when I called a second time a woman answered and asked for the additional information that I was told earlier couldn’t be used to look up my stay. there’s just so much I hated about this stay.

Everything. The rooms smelled staff was extremely rude the bell man tossed my luggage at me as I walked over to my room. Also the room was dirty shower kept flooding

The staff was friendly and polite. The property was clean and well maintained.

Redrock is wonderful, Its off the strip away from strip but still close enough if you want to drive. Several good restuarants to choose from.
