“Do not expect them.”
Only I like the view that I booked the room. We could see fountains show from room.
Check-in were very welcomed as same level of other reasonable hotel. However, we disappointed their customer service especially reception. Our room had problems of temperature of water so we couldn’t take a shower comfortably and we tried to help to fix but it took over 20 mins to get warm so they told us “just wait”. They didn’t do NOTHING for us. Also, they never apologized because the reception lady said to me “this is not our fault”. I hope they all learn more hospitality things before they worked as hotel staff. I will never stayed there.
