“Ok for a night or staying for an event, would not stay longer”
The ease of check in, on site parking, close to o2 where our event was located. The only downside was the water provided - 2 little cans. Other hotels would offer big litre bottles. The self serve shop at lobby was massive overpriced £4 for a small bottle of water ridiculous

“Poor room, poor quality of staff, very rude”
Staff were extremely rude
I was given a single bed despite EXPLICITLY asking for a double bed when booking. Appreciate you are full, but if someone has made an EXPLICIT request and paid for a double bed, then surely that could have been easily catered for. Not a big ask.

The breakfast was souso much better than when we came last time.
Our receptionist gave us a free upgrade as part of our raddison membership, but the room we were given wasn't cleaned very well. We had a massive red stain on the floor which we reported but in the morning we found dirty marks all over put bedsheets as we didn't notice due to coming back from an event late.
