“On my next visit to London I won't be staying at this hotel again”

Breakfast was quite good, with sufficient quality and quantity for all the guests staying there. The location is great, the hotel is centrally located and close to the Russel Square metro station.

The hotel doesn't have air conditioning in the rooms, which caused me maximum discomfort during the 9 days I stayed there: 34 Celsius degrees during the day for a long period of time, stifling heat at night, and windows that barely opened more than 10-15 cm. The heat in the rooms combined with the very uncomfortable bed (very poor mattress, a bed that was barely one and a half people wide, certainly not for two...) meant I couldn't rate this hotel the maximum score. The fan provided by the hotel didn't help cool the room at all - it just blew around the same hot air already in the room.

“Short stay”

Great location, friendly staff, shop on site which was handy and could refill water bottles. Fan in room which was good for a hot day.

We were disturbed by someone coming into our room when we were asleep as there was contractors, which we weren't informed of before our stay. Very disappointed by this as we we were trying to get a good rest. We weren't told this at reception either we were informed by a note being slipped under the door which was when we were sleeping so didn't see it

Sentralt ift sentrum av London. Fikk byttet rom fra bakgårdsrom. Behjelpelig personalet. God frokost. Greie nok rom.

Ingen aircondition, ikke et lite kjøleskap på rommet. En vifte fra kjøkkenet ved rommene som vender mot bakgården, som bråker veldig. Og lukt kommer inn på rommet om morningen. Kan ikke ha åpent vindu. Koster altfor mye ift beliggenhet og fasiliteter, og standard på rommene.
