“HERRIE tot september 2027 !!!!”

Een heel fijn bed en lekkere douche.

BOUWWERKZAAMHEDEN direct voor het appartement, we keken uit op de bouwput. Vanaf ‘s ochtends vroeg, maandag t/m zaterdag. Voortdurend drilboren, hamergeluiden, machines en stof! Een shovel die constant met veel herrie door het straatje rijdt om puin af te voeren! Wij waren niet geïnformeerd anders hadden wij dit NOOIT geboekt. De werkzaamheden duren nog tot 25-09-2027!!! Na informeren kwam de verhuurder niet met een oplossing of een tegemoetkoming. Het appartement had bij ons wel hoog gescoord als de bouwwerkzaamheden er niet waren en als er beter schoongemaakt zou zijn. Vloer was vies, heel veel stof onder het bed, handgrepen van de keuken vies. Appartement is verder wel heel goed.Goed bed, fijne badkamer en keuken.

Avoid this property at all costs. This was supposed to be our wedding anniversary trip, and instead it turned into one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. The apartment is absolutely nothing like the photos and is misrepresented on Booking.com.From the moment we arrived, we found issue after issue: chipped plates, damaged furniture, dirty areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, a strong unpleasant smell in the bedroom, blunt and unsafe kitchen knives, cups that don’t even fit the coffee machine, and barely any usable kitchenware. The air conditioning didn’t worked, and there was nowhere to dry clothes. The whole place felt neglected, worn out, and poorly maintained.We contacted the host immediately with clear evidence and safety concerns. They provided zero support, refused to help, and didn’t even attempt to resolve a single issue. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.We then contacted Booking.com for help, but because neither the host nor Booking.com confirmed a refund in time, we were forced to stay until 16 May — not because we wanted to, but because we had no choice while abroad.This property ruined our anniversary, caused unnecessary stress, and left us feeling completely let down. I have multiple photos documenting the condition of the apartment, and I strongly believe this listing is misleading.If you value your money, your comfort, or even basic cleanliness, do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. This place should not be advertised in its current state, and guests deserve far better than what we experienced.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It has a good bed and nice shower and is in a good position in the city center.

The bathroom could use some towel hangers. Some nearby streets look sketchy during the night, especially with the current consolidation projects.
