“Personal encantador”

El personal sin duda, todos encantadores El gimnasio unas instalaciones que nunca he visto en un hotel, muy grande y muchas máquinas Las actividades en la piscina de adultos El buffet muy variado y completo Tienen una aplicación que funciona muy bien

El aire acondicionado de la habitación se encendía siempre que nos íbamos aunque lo apagues En una noche a las 4am se activó solo y tuvimos que llamar a recepción La música de la piscina de adultos está siempre puesta y muy alta, no te puedes relajar Las instalaciones se ven antiguas, si buscas algo moderno y de diseño no es tu hotel Pese al todo incluido y que pagar para el riding surf, sishas, las fotos que te hacen (20$ cada una)

“Beautiful resort but overall underwhelming”

This resort probably has the best buffet food I’ve had at an all inclusive. I loved the fresh seafood option daily and the pasta station. Sunset Strip had great meat options and the resort also offers shisha. There is access to food at every time of the day and a good variety. The room was cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff was pleasant. I stayed in a swim-out room and the pool area was beautiful; great water temperature. All of the pools here are actually pretty warm so I appreciated that. The beach was great.

The alcohol here is heavily watered down. You can consume 30 drinks and you will not feel a thing. Catch, one of the restaurants, was my least favorite food experience. The service was extremely slow and the food was bland. The entertainment here is lacking compared to other resorts. Due to the World Cup, some of the evening performances were replaced with a big screen to watch the games, which I did not appreciate. The movie theatre also showed soccer every single evening and no movies. The pool entertainment was mediocre as well. For example, they offered bingo but there was only enough supplies for maybe 12 people to play. Poor engagement. We stayed on the adult side where we were directed to a Marriot sales employee while we waited for our room to be available. I’m not exactly sure what she was trying to sell but we received multiple texts a day trying to force us to attend whatever presentation, similar to a timeshare, so she could earn her commission. Each time we declined she tried to guilt us into attending this presentation. Sunset Strip has great meat options but the sides were terrible. Both the Mac and cheese and creamed spinach were like soup.
