Great location, relatively quiet, clean room and friendly staff.

NYC weekend rates in summer are high. No issues with the room other than it lacked character.

From the moment we arrived everyone made us feel so welcome from door to reception to room service. Treated us like family, notable mentions Chuck & John and everyone one on reception during our visit. Rooms clean comfortable & great space. Lobby beautiful & ambiance so relaxing. “Great Hotel”

We regularly visit NY and have stayed in many different hotels in many different areas of the city. If you are bringing a car and want to be in the Midtown area, this a great option. They have valet, but there is also a parking lot directly across the street from the hotel. Rates are typical for the area. And although you are in a busy area, the street the hotel is on has surprisingly little traffic. The hotel itself feels boutique and has a restaurant and bar area. We appreciated that our Hyatt status was recognized. The king suite was very roomy for a NY hotel with a great shower and comfy bed. Special shout out to Crystal, who is a gem and made sure at both check in and check out that we were happy with our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we drive into the city.
