Absolutely out of this world AMAZING hotel!! I did wonder how a hotel could have so many 5 star reviews, but sat in the courtyard of the hotel waiting for our taxi back to the airport following a 5 night stay iI absolutely understand why. AMAZING service from the wonderful staff, Carlos upon check in was so so helpful, he gave us a map and pinpointed all of the must see attractions including fantastic places to eat, it was a celebration for my husband’s 60 th birthday and he had arranged for flowers and a chilled bottle of Cava in the room which was lovely!! Upon arrival at approx 10am we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which are also the best we have ever had. Not a bad word to say about this gorgeous hotel in a stunning location in the centre of Palma, we will definitely return. Thankyou for a very memorable holiday ♥️ x

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was perfect—everything was spotless throughout our stay. The staff deserve a special mention: always available and willing to help at any time, providing excellent service. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Palma. A special thank you to Lucia, Anita, Iman, and Carlos for their kindness.
