Tout était parfait ! Le logement était au-delà de nos espérances. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassée dans une superbe chambre. Le personnel aux petits soins et adorable et la localisation parfaite.

The property was beautiful, the location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Beautiful hotel set inside a historic palace”

A beautiful hotel set inside a palace with rich history. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful - we stayed on the ground floor in ‘el capitain’. The room was beautiful and very spacious, well lit, with natural light. The breakfast was lovely - delivered every morning in a basket and left at your room door. It was nice being able to choose what we wanted from the options using the google form. It was also nice being able to decided on the morning whether we wanted to take our breakfast in the courtyard or our room.

We really have nothing to complain about! We wish we could have been able to tour the palace the hotel was based in as we were offered this when we booked the room however when we tried to book our tour closer to our arrival date we were told that the palace is not open to tour in August. Our room was connected to the next room by a door which was locked but which meant that the noise created by the guests next door was quite loud at times. On our second night at the hotel, the guests next door decided to have a karaoke party well into the early hours of the night! Unfortunately as reception is not open at night, there was nobody from the hotel management to complain to about this. I tried to message the hotel on their WhatsApp but received no response. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was perfect! I would gladly consider returning again.
