“Great place, we would stay there again”

We liked the large apartment with a generous living room and separate bedroom. Did not expect to have a washer and dryer on the top floor which was available at most time we needed to do a laundry. Was very helpful during the heat of Seville's summer. The location was perfect on the edge of the old town and walking distance to all main attractions. There is a small space on the side of the road to stop by the door to load and unload your luggage but you can't stay there long. Paid parking across the road which normally had available space but was full a few evenings. Lots of living space and storage. Feels like home away from home if you stay for a few days.

The mattress was too firm for us. No free parking space and garages were full a few times but this is normal for anywhere in Spain near the old town.

Het appartement was prachtig met een fantastisch mooi terras. En de ligging van het appartement was voor ons perfect. Het oude centrum van Sevilla was op loopafstand en de wijk naast het appartement was erg gezellig met restaurants en bars van ontbijt tot laat in de avond.

Een paar kleine technische mankementjes, maar dat stond een fantastisch verblijf niet in de weg. Verder helemaal niets in negatieve zin op het appartement aan te merken.

The check-in instructions were clear and very simple to follow. The location of the property is great. The beds are very comfortable, the AC works great and it was on before our arrival, so we entered to a very nice and cool apartment from the high summer heat of Sevilla. The property and the building were both very clean and very well maintained.

The windows could be upgraded to double pane. Despite the fact that there is a wood inner shutter, the street noise was impossible to mute. And this is being Sevilla with a Cerveceria open late right accross the street, and morning trucks starting early for deliverie or trash pick up, it was impossible to sleep. The property staff answers to messages quickly, but honestly, they have a long way to go in customer service. I travel consistently, 3-4 times a year and I usually stay in apartments like this. There has been ZERO apartments without coffee... Every single one of them has pod coffee maker and a few pods. This one had none. When I inquired about it, they told me that "whatever is provided is free, the rest, I have to buy it". A 10-pod pack is 2 euros. Sure, I can buy it, I know that. But the property did not even consider to offer a solution for something that would cost them pennies (3 pods for 3 guests who are staying for a single night... come on!) This would have been an "8" or even a "9" should I not have the unpleasant conversation with the clearly inexperienced staff member.
