“It was good.”

Staff very helpful. Good location. Price steep for the accommodation.

Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working for our entire stay and we were on the fifth floor.

“In general, fine.”

The location was convenient. The room is rather big. There's kitchen, dining room and a living room. The 24/7 reception showed greated hospitality. The cleanlisness of the hotel is great. The cleaning lady was very kind. Wifi was okay too. Check out luggage storage service was very good.

With the price of stay, only 2 bottles of water (500ml) per day provided in this weather in Mexico city is definitely not enough. The elevator is rather slow. The stove turner was loose in my place of stay. No smoking is allowed yet an ashtray was placed on the table in the balcony. Some not updated rules were printed on the paper placed in the shelves. The safe could not be locked.

“Unsure if we’d stay again”

The people working there were outstanding, every staff member was really nice and helpful. The apartment was outfitted with everything we needed for our stay, the bed was really nice. We were on the back of the building, our room was quiet at night.

The shower! No possible way to control the water temperature, it fluctuates from cold to boiling. There was construction next door. So each week day from about 8-7 it was very loud, not great if you’re jet lagged and trying to nap. They don’t have free coffee in the rooms.
