Bha just couldn't have been more helpful, including delivering some home made breakfast along with jam and bread. Bha also gave us a mango which we thoroughly enjoyed. She also wouldn't let us order an Uber to take us for lunch and insisted in taking us there herself. The following day we were travelling to Little Havana and Bha again insisted that she would take us most of the way there.

Die ganze Unterkunft empfanden wir als nicht bewohnbar, das Schlafsofa war inakzeptabel mit wirklich ekelhaften Flecken . Die Terrassen Platten hatten teilweise so hohe Kanten, das meine Frau gleich zum Anfang darüber stolperte ist. Tote Schaben im Badschrank usw. Wir können uns wirklich nicht vorstellen wie diese Unterkunft zu solch einer guten Bewertung gekommen ist. Wir sind leider auf unsere Kosten sitzen geblieben, obwohl wir genügend Fotos gesendet haben und uns sofort eine andere Unterkunft gesucht haben da wir hier nicht eine Nacht verbringen konnten. Alle anderen Unterkünfte die wir bei unseren USA Urlaub bei booking. com gebucht haben sind super gewesen.

The pool was great, Bha was a great Host… a short drive to just about anything in Lauderdale.. Los Olas is real close… this place is a Gem!! I will go back for another stay… it’s a lil older property, but it has a TON of charm!!

Hard to say anything bad… it’s very nice and the price is right… maybe a couple more towels for showers.. when I told Bha, she said all I had to do is text.. I didn’t want to bother them.. they are great hosts

“My stay was marked by harassment, unequal treatment, and discriminatory behavior toward my family”

I was harassed, monitored, and discriminated against because we are Black and had children with us, despite multiple documents posted throughout the property clearly stating that children were not included in the occupancy count. The treatment we experienced felt targeted and unequal, and the constant scrutiny created a hostile and uncomfortable environment for my family. While we were using the pool area, I was also asked to send an additional $50 through Cash App specifically because I had children with me, which further contributed to my concerns regarding discriminatory treatment.
