“Great value for the money. We would come back”

Great location. Friendly owner of the property lives next door. He was helping us with any questions. Once we locked apartment keys inside, I called the apartment agency, they called the owner and he immediately gave us keys. I like that the situation was resolved really quickly. Also no one had reservation after us, so owner allowed us to be on a terrace after check out time, it also was a nice bonus. And actually agency also allowed us to do later check out free of charge because of the same reason. Drinking morning coffee with a beach view is priceless. Also I liked the style of the apartments. Location: Good restaurants around, my favourite was Amo pizza. Beach is literally 10 meters away. Bus stop with a bus to Palma around 5-7 minutes of walk away and grocery shops at the same place. Quite easily were finding parking places near the apartments.

The room with 2 beds had strange smell, so people from that room moved to the living room to sleep on a sofa. I had to clean shelve in the wardrobe, because it had some yellow dust. We had to take out garbage ourselves. Also I had to remind to agency about the deposit. Jfyi during our 7 nights stay we spent 31,70kWh though we did not use AC. That is important since there a limited amount of electricity in the price.

We were a little worried about all the warnings about noises, music and so on. That affected us in a way that we hardly dared to sit outside in the evening. Much to our surprise there were a coir of dogs every morning around 6, and one morning it sounded like the neighbor were vacuuming outside at 5 o’clock.

Det enda som saknades var en bättre, hårdare stekspade. Då fattar ni! Det finns allt!

“Great villa in good location”

Fabulous villa good location. Lots of bars on the way into Palma easy walking along the promenade or Bus route (No35) by the Lidl if you don’t want to walk. The property had everything you could need for your stay. The owner lived next door and was very helpful when we arrived earlier than the check in time. He gave lots of suggestions where to go and how to get there.
