“Convenient hotel with a nice rooftop”

We had two rooms, one was renovated, and the other one was halfway renovated, and the air-conditioning was not working properly

On arrival hotel looked very nice from the outside, on entering beautiful inside. Staff welcomed us immediately and took out bags, invited us to take a seat while they got our details, checked us in very quickly and were very friendly and inviting. Everything was explained very well. Lift access to all floors was great. The rooftop bar and restaurant was lovely, clean and inviting with shaded areas blowing mist to cool off which was a great touch and even a few sun loungers. Our room was exceptionally clean, light and modern, shutters on the windows, air con all great. In a great location with lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance. There was even a nail bar a few doors down and hairdressers across the road if you wanted a pamper whilst there! We recommend La Botegga restaurant a few doors down as it was amazing, the food was stunning! The food at the hotel equally was very nice. It is a 15 min walk down to the Trevi, then maybe another 20 mins on top of that to the colosseum/palatine hill so very close to everything you need. One thing I strongly advise is use the ITtaxis which the hotel book for you. They are the most reasonable around and you can use their app and also pay by card if preferred. If they aren’t the ITtaxis I would strongly advise against using them as they charged 4x as much. When we come back Rome, we will be visiting this hotel again for sure! Beautiful!
