Tolle Aussicht von der Teraase Schöne Einrichtung 2Bäder,eines davon direkt am Schlafzimmer Gute Lage zum Hafen und Stadt Viele Restaurants in der Nähe

Sehr viele steile Treppen. Schwer einen Koffer bis ins Schlafzimmer zu bringen. Schon am Eingang bis in die Wohnung geht eine steile Treppe. Dann vom Wohnzimmer ins Schlafzimmer und die steilste Treppe dann auf die Dachterasse. Das müsste in der Beschreibung explizierter geschrieben werden. Des weiteren ist die Wohnung nicht mit schalldichten Fenstern ausgestattet. Die breite Straße und die Bar ober und unterhalb verbreiten einen enormen Lärm, bis in die Morgenstunden. Eine sehr schwierige Schlafsituation.

Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft ist schön und sehr geräumig. Das Personal des Hotels war auch bemüht & hilfsbereit, so dass wir auch früher einchecken konnten.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig, so dass man den Straßenverkehr im Schlafzimmer immer deutlich hört. Durch den Club & die Bar ist es am Wochenende noch lauter - normalerweise bin ich bei Lautstärke nicht empfindlich, aber selbst mit Oropax war es am Wochenende enorm laut. Dafür hat für uns das Preis-Leistungverhältnis nicht gestimmt.

“7-night stay”

Property was clean and looked beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped. Washing machine was great. Location is super central. You can park in the adjacent streets overnight without problem.

The loud street: I had seen comments about noise before booking, but I usually don’t mind it. What I didn’t realise was that the property is right on a massive multi-lane road. The traffic noise was very noticeable in the evenings. After a few nights, I bought some noise-cancelling earplugs from Carrefour (they were less than 5 Euro), which helped a lot. I think the hotel should provide these for guests if they can’t improve the soundproofing, it’s a cheap solution that would make the stay much more comfortable. Bathrooms: The property has two bathrooms. Unfortunately, when we used the shower in the bathroom near the kitchen, the water didn’t drain properly. We reported this to reception, but it was never fixed during our 7-night stay. Kitchen and equipment: When we arrived, some of the kitchen equipment wasn’t switching on. I tried the central electricity switch with no luck, and reception couldn’t resolve it either. The next day, I eventually found a small switch and managed to get it working myself. Overall: The property looks great, but it needs better checks between guests to ensure everything is in order. These small but persistent issues really took away from the holiday experience. For these reasons, I would not stay here again.
