“No patio”

Great location close to the metro & 20 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Front desk is manned 24hrs. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast available and good selection on offer.

I booked a privileged twin room which was described as having a patio with a icon showing a table & chairs with a parasol above. The room description clearly said outdoor/view and listed patio and inner courtyard view. The patio is actually a chair inside the bedroom with a metal prep area with self above whuch houses the kettle! I complained because I was expecting a outside seating area only to be told they have no outside seating areas and I couldn't have booked such a thing. When I showed them the screen shot of the room description advertised & they said they would inform the owner & that booking.com were describing things incorrectly .

- Camere poco insonorizzate (nonostante fossimo al settimo piano)

Stanze minimal ma pulite. Personale educato e disponibile. La struttura è vicino alla fermata della metro di Jaures e pertanto il centro di Parigi è facilmente raggiungibile.

Location, low price.

Very disappointed with our stay. Our room was not cleaned at all, but the front desk insisted that it was. A few hours later, staff brought us clean sheets, but said there was no one available to help, so we had to change the bed ourselves. We never received an apology or any compensation.
