“Perfect Location and that’s it I guess”

The location is excellent, very near the tram and walkable distance from the Center. Almost everything can be done online or with messages.

Our room was on the underground floor and right next to the elevator mechanism so there was a constant noise from it and step sounds occasionally from reception. After 1am it was much better but If I was not on holiday it would be a deal breaker. Also I believe having the cleaning only upon request is not appropriate for a 4 star hotel. Staff was helpful but could be friendlier. Overall if you use the room for a shower and sleep is ok but still not worth the prices.

First of all, apart from its location, this hotel had no redeeming qualities. The rooms were outdated, poorly maintained, and dirty, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable—you could actually feel the springs through the mattress. To make matters worse, the refrigerator in our room still contained leftover pizza and opened drinks from the previous guests, which clearly showed that the room had not been cleaned properly. I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Paying €1,150 for a three-night stay for my family (my wife, daughter, and me) felt like a complete rip-off.

“Decepción”

La ubicación.

Habitación muy muy pequeña. Sin aire acondicionado en la habitación, tenía un pingüino que hacía muchísimo ruido. Techo súper bajo. Sin vistas a nada. Y lo peor es que estaba haciendo una videoconferencia en las mesas del almuerzo y se puso a mi lado una persona del hotel a pasar la aspiradora en vez de esperarse a que parara la reunión.
