The staff were some of the very best. I have been on a lot of holidays but the Moroccan’s are by far the most friendly and helpful. They genuinely seemed like they wanted to help and ensure you enjoyed the Moroccan hospitality and culture. The food was amazing and varied, very hard to find fault at this price. When my daughter got sunburn and couldn’t leave the room, the staff took some food we chose and walked it to her room for us which was not a short walk from the restaurant and they made us sandwiches when we missed the lunch hour, amazing work effort !

Entertainment was below average, luckily the World Cup was on so there was something to watch. The set up in the main bar was poor. Constant children running around with no parent control, queues all the time for drinks and no urinals in the main bar for the men, just 3 toilets. A very poor design in a bar that of course we caused queues a lot of the time. Only 1 boutique shop with was a little sparse and unexciting. For such a big resort you would expect more. It’s the first resort of this size were the ice lollies and ice creams are not on sale. You have to walk 10 minutes to a local shop outside. With the amount of children at the resort they could make a fortune!
