InterContinental Rome boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of major landmarks. The surrounding area is pleasant with a lovely atmosphere, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The property fully lives up to its 5-star rating, featuring elegant decor, premium facilities and sophisticated common areas that deliver a luxurious stay experience. However, housekeeping service leaves much to be desired.

However, housekeeping service leaves much to be desired. The room cleaning lacks attention to detail. Toiletries and bathroom amenities were not restocked promptly after being used, which is disappointing for a high-end five-star hotel. It would be great if the cleaning team could double-check supplies during daily turndown service.

“Perfect location, beautiful staff”

A wonderful stay in Rome. The location is exceptional, within easy walking distance of all the major sights (under 40mins to the Vatican) The staff were outstanding, warm, professional, and always eager to help. Esp Pamela. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The food was also excellent, with a great selection and consistently high quality. The InterContinental truly feels like an oasis in the middle of a Roman summer. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
