Had a lovely 4 night stay here earlier this month, and so happy with our choice of hotel. Right from when the cab dropped us off the staff were incredibly welcoming. Vena with our bags, and Antoine at the front desk. Ismail, Benjamin and Elisa were also very helpful throughout! Whatever we needed it was never a problem. Our room was spacious and the large outdoor terrace with seating was a very pleasant surprise!! Perfect spot for us to have breakfast and an early evening drink every day. The location of the hotel is ideal, great bakery across the street, and less than a 5min walk to two different (and convenient) metro lines. Housekeeping was impeccable and it was a treat to come back to such a tidy room every afternoon. Cannot recommend this hotel and the wonderful staff enough. We will be back for our next Paris trip!

“Nice location but lacks basic amenities”

This property is ultimately a 3-star hotel that is cosplaying as a luxury hotel. The rooms appear to have been refurbished relatively recently. They did not bother to change the incongruent ceiling murals when they refurbished the rooms, and the fake wood veneers are already chipping. The rooms are unconscionably small for the price. The "business corner" is a small windowless room with a desktop computer. To add insult to injury, the hotel restaurant was not operating during our stay, so there was no room service and we did not get the full breakfast that was included in our room rate. There is certainly no bar or lounge. They did offer a meagre continental breakfast in the lobby with coffee, pastries, and some pre-cut fruit, although the coffee was undrinkable. Seating in the lobby was limited and awkward. The location is convenient to Champs-Elysees and surroundings, and there are some decent restaurants in this very upscale neighborhood. Ultimately this hotel symbolizes the cynical exploitation and dilution of a once-venerable hospitality brand.
