Generally described as clean and well-kept (complexe hôtelier impeccable, modern/clean rooms), but one guest reported cockroaches in the room and a few mentions of minor maintenance issues, so cleanliness is slightly below average.

Multiple mentions of very friendly, helpful staff and quick communication (concierge responded fast, staff kind, front desk present and helpful). Some guests noted the reception often redirects to the concierge app, which is a minor drawback.

Consistently praised as convenient and central — within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, and easy to move around (close to Le Comer, eateries, car rental). A few notes about access road/parking being uneven for cars.

Rooms described as spacious, stylish and comfortable with good beds, terraces/dakterras and extras (balcony tub, washer/dryer). Some units lacked small kitchen items or had initial technical issues that were resolved.
