The hotel location is great, close to everything in Istanbul. Good breakfast with lots of fruit. The rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and mosques. There is a spa, gym, and a small pool, but they look a bit old.

The room was too small for two adults and a child. It is outdated and needs renovation. Our room was on the top floor, and the window view was just the roof of the next building. Also, the window could not close because the handle was broken, so we had to tape it shut.My wife was sick and could not go down for breakfast. I wanted to bring her breakfast to the room, but a man named Emre said No. Luckily, another very nice, tall girl helped us and let me take the food to the room. Finally, the elevator is very slow.

“Fantastic service and ideal location”

We had a fantastic four day stay at Yasmak Sultan and couldn’t have chosen a better place to explore Istanbul. The location is excellent, with all the major attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation, including the tram, metro and ferries. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and serviced thoroughly every day. Breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food and the rooftop setting made every morning even more enjoyable. What truly made our stay special though, was the incredible hospitality. A special thank you to Elif who was always warm and happy to help with recommendations and answer any questions we had. We’d also like to thank Mehmet at reception and Murat from the restaurant for their attentiveness and friendly service. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch everyone’s names, but every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. Thank you all for making our trip so memorable guys. ❤️ We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and we would be delighted to stay here again.
