Das Hotel ist echt gut gelegen und vom Gesamtkonzept (Beach, Essensqualität, Service) vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis echt super und ich war schon in mehreren Hotels auf Ibiza.

The hotel was nice , also clean

The staff were very unaccomodating. and every chance they got they wanted more money. Now .. Not their fault but i had an accident while in ibiza and they emptied my room.. check out was at 11 and i had packed, left my stuff on the bed few last things to put in. i came back from the hospital appt at 11.20 and my room had been cleared. things had been thrown away, my hospital paperwork thrown away , my charger not taken out of the wall. I have clothes missing also I had asked for a late check out and they wanted to charge me 600 euros for that. there were many other things but all essentially equalling that the staff do absolutely nothing to be helpful. they are like robots I also needed to stay for 4 extra days as i wasn't allowed to fly so went to reception ,, they quoted me an exorbitant amount so i went onto booking com to find a different hotel and managed to get my same room as i was in no fit state to move really for 700 euros less for the 4 days. just disappointing from beginning to end.

Penthouse

Gym was very basic, not enough water fountains to refill water.

The hotel is ultra clean, the beautiful views it has got. Food is amaizing! Beds are super super comfy!
