Excellent location, close to metro and central train station that makes navigation around the city and outside (like Lake Como) very easy and convenient. Very neat and clean hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Good communication with guests; once we booked the room, we received a very detailed email from them how to get to the hotel, and other useful information. The front desk people are polite and helpful. They provide a map of the city, suggest what places of interest to see, and overall are ready to answer your questions and accommodate you. Good size room and bathroom; air conditioning, a safe box in the room, a mini fridge, a hair dryer, good speed wi-fi. Housekeeping is every day, everything is kept super clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast (we had it included), with good variety of food to choose, a great way to start a day. Definitely will stay there once we are in Milan again. Heartfelt thank you to everybody at the hotel - front desk, cleaning personnel and the one in the kitchen - for making our stay pleasant and memorable!
